20’s

YOUNG & BEAUTIFUL

Life is beautiful. You are travelling, exploring everything the world has to offer, settling down the path of your life, making your first big choices and discovering who you are.


Since you’re closer from you’re 30’s than your childhood, first signs of aging are starting to appear around your eyes, and your lips.

Here are our 3 essentials rituals to stay young & beautiful. 


Apply an eye contour prior to your cream every day. You’ll thank us later, trust us.


Protect your skin from the sun. The more tan you get, the eldest you become.


Hydrate yourself : Drink water, at least 1,5L per day. There’s no better and cheaper way to save your skin.



Take off your make-up without exception!


30’s

BLOOMING & SELF CONFIDENT

Feeling like you’re accomplishing 1 million things at the same time? That 24 hours a day is not enough? Finding it too hard to balance between love, work, self accomplishment, family and friends?


If it seems like a big transition, in my ways, it’s one for the better. Research shows that human happiness tends to keep rising well into a person’s 30’s.


Although the happiness is rising in the 30’s, this vibrant rythmn of life is leaving signs on the skin.


You’re facing stress, lack of sleep, vibrant rythmn of life…Which tends to a loss of youthful radiance and fine lines, dehydration and sensitivity, uneven skin tone, and eye contour aging. Here’s our advices to face them the best way possible:

Sleep well and enough : did you know hours prior to midnight count double, and that your skin is regenerating during the night? Now you know and you’re still on time to get your perfect beauty sleep.



Practice breathing exercises several times a day. Cortisol, the stress hormone is your worse ennemy. Relax and breathe for a healthy skin and mindset. 


40’s

PASSIONATE & STRONG 

You’re at the prime of your life, know exactly what you want, not willing to accept any compromise. Fully aware that your skin is changing, you want to preserve your beauty while maintaining your active lifestyle. Recognize yourself?


Looking in the mirror you can now see the proof that you have lived. You have smiled, laughed, winked, blinked and blown kisses, widened your eyes in surprise and cried tears of joy. Your face has seen yourself going through all the experiences of your life and this richness is nothing more than beauty.



Your state of mind becomes more important. There is the need to relax , to find balance that will reveal your inner beauty. And for this we have a few precious advices :   


« we are what we eat » : sugar, dairy product and gluten eaten in an excessive way brings you immediate face and body changes. So as previously mentionned : balance is key.


Green Tea should be your new best friend. One cup a day for a radiant complexion.


Choose aliments with direct anti-oxydant action : carrot, spinach, apricot, almond, fish, pineapple,…



Yes as you understood, it’s a lot about your diet. But you should also keep in mind to slow exercise : yoga, pilates, swedish gymnastic…


50’s 

BALANCED & REINVENTING LIFE

The days when the 50s were the age an active life came to an end are over!


Today, women in their 50s profit more than ever from this age to take stock of their lives and embark on new experiences they’d never got round to, mainly owing to lack of time or courage.


Finally being able to ask yourself the question about what you want to do with your life is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with your aspirations and thrive by making informed choices.


Once a true upheaval, the 50s have become the decade of all things possible!


The body changes and the skin, too. But the mind sparkles! Menopause is not really a pause, it’s more like a shift.



No matter all the changes you’re experiencing, we can support you in experiencing these changes and embrace your beauty :


Move your body. Dance, swing, jump,… No matter what you prefer. Just keep moving, always with a smile, you’ll be stronger everyday.



Embrace your age : it’s only about taking care of you as you would take care of your own child or your closest friends. Find the activity that will make you happy every day.


Strengthen your bones : have a little dose of Vitamin C and Calcium as much as possible… Have you ever tried eating brocoli, strawberry and red peppers at the same? Us neither, but separatly they are perfect allies for your dose of Vitamin C.
