Shipping policy

1. Delivery Zones

We ship exclusively to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Spain, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, and Italy.

Exclusions: We do not deliver to the following territories and overseas regions:

  • France: Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin (French side), Wallis-et-Futuna, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Clipperton Island.

  • Germany: Helgoland.

  • Spain: Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla.

  • Netherlands: Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten.

2. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold

  • Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free for all orders equal to or exceeding 59 € / 59 CHF (or the equivalent amount in your local currency selected at checkout).

  • Standard Shipping Fees: For orders below the free shipping threshold, the following flat rates apply:

    • Switzerland: 11.90 CHF (or equivalent).

    • All other delivered countries: 4.90 € (or equivalent).

3. Delivery Times & Carriers

  • Delivery Time:

    • Switzerland: Delivery may take up to 8 to 10 business days.

    • Other countries: Unless specified otherwise, the standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation.

  • Bank Transfer Payments: For advance payments via bank transfer, the delivery window begins on the day following the completion of your full payment transaction.

  • Sundays & Public Holidays: If the final day of the delivery period falls on a Sunday or a officially recognized public holiday at the delivery destination, the period is extended to the next business day.

  • Logistics Partners: Shipments are handled by our standard partner carriers (e.g., DHL, UPS, or local postal services depending on the destination market).

4. Returns

Returns must be processed using our official return labels via our logistics partners' designated portals. To ensure swift processing, please enclose a copy of your invoice inside the return package.
